Pangkhon Anaerobic Red Honey processed coffee, aka "RH121".

This coffee is cultivated by tribal people called Arkhas on Doi Pang Khon at an altitude of 1400 MASL in Chiang Rai, Thailand.

On the same day of harvest, carefully-handpicked ripe coffee cherries are transported to the mill in Central Chiang Rai lowlands and immediately processed overnight.

The process used to create RH121 is an in-house single-stage anaerobic Honey process; a fusion of traditional and alternative coffee processing. It also undergoes in-fruit fermentation in a
special environmentally-controlled room.
